been taking it for a few weeks never really noticed much, except that I tended not to wake up very much throughout the night. but tonight I took it on an empty stomach and it had a strong effect. kind of uncomfortable actually. short of breath, a little dizzy, and flush. is there anything to combat this?

Yea, I've taken 1.5g every night for a while and didn't notice anything other than better sleep. But I've had food poisoning and I literally hadn't eaten since around 2pm and I took them at 11pm. In 15 minutes it was like a rush of GABA intensity!Originally Posted by Gym God
