So I found out last Friday that I will be on the road for 3 to 4 weeks of this month... in the middle of nowhere in Southwest Wisconsin (lowcarbcory?).
I am in the beginnings of my long bulk, so I will hilariously be continuing my bulk this month with mostly snack food and fast food items... from Wisconsin.
I have a very large 24 hour Gym right next to my hotel so I will be still working out ~5 days a week hardcore.
Here is how my bulk calorie cycling for the week is lining up:
More pics will follow in the future of sodium-high food and my large gym,
but for day 1 of the journey my macros were:
SODIUM!!!
Please feel free to give me ideas of your favorite items at fast food restaurants such as KFC, subway, mcdonalds, culvers, wendys, noodles.
I need to find a chipotle. I also need to find a walmart and load up on some not such ****ty food. Multivitamins ftw?

Oh no i was just commenting on the days you chose to do the low calorie days. Those days off?
If i, and when i do start ill be front loading my deficit and taper the calories upwards as the week goes on just because i know my willpower starts super strong and fades as the week goes on.
So id be doing like Mon:2600, Tues:2600, Wed:2800, Thurs:3000, Fri:3200, Sat: 3400, Sun: 3600

It would make sense if I would have my low cal on off days, but the way I do it is strictly based on social activities (like most weekends are higher cals). Also somedays I am just freaking very hungry and eat more that day and just know that I'm good as long as my weekly surplus/deficit totals are where i want them to be.

Wendy's is my fast food of choice. Lots of good food and macro friendly.
My meal is usually a burger or chicken (double, triple, or grilled chicken sandwich), chili or a potato, and a side salad. Easy 60+ g protein and easy to stay under 1,000 calories (or ~800 if you get grilled chicken), so the protein to calorie ratio is workable so you could easily fit in other food throughout the day.Few things are set in stone, except that you have to squat or you are a pussy. - Mark Rippetoe
