    How does he keep his mass and fulness on such diet??? how the **** is he so energetic


    theres the argument of steroids okay, but lets say he doesnt use steroids.....is is possible to maintain 200 pounds of lean mass like that?

    keep in mind his training volume is heavy stuff

    he clearly doesn't use roids anymore, he is not very big. I have stood next to him in real life. he has a great physique but he doesn't have a lot of mass, nor does anything about his physique say "steroids".

    if you get enough calories from your protein you can eat lower carb and lower fat.

    i doubt he is that strict with the no carbs, i've seen him eat plenty of carb loaded meals (few shows and chit) regardless he does it because he has to, its his life/job. he see's food as just a task. eating x amount of this and x amount of that. just another 'task' he has to perform at his job. all about the mentality.

    his fats aren't crazy low, he said himself he doesn't really even count fats OP, he only watches carbs. but he has pretty much as many carbs as he pleases in one meal at the beginning of the day. that's what low-no is. you essentially make sure your just depleted of carbs by bed time.

    **** is useful when you dont have time to be jugglin 5-6 meals a day. it's al about timing really. you have to know what the **** your doing. most miscers cant pull it off.

    dude is the psycho of pyschos, i'm a member on his private video list on his website and the guy is absolutely batsh*t mad in the gym.
