its more like eat big get fat. on top of that eating 200 cals above maintenance is in no way "Big" so why do people claim that it is? honestly anyone who cant eat above maintenance is kinda being a little pussyish no matter ow high their maintenance is. i couldnt wish more that my maintenance would be like 8000 calories, that would be the life, i could eat that everyday easily, in clean food even. and why do people tell me to eat more when i say i cant gain muscle even though im obviously in a surplus because im gaining fat? wtf is wrong with some people?

Working out til failure doesn't mean your workouts are worth the expended energy. I have a hard time eating much, which has been messing up my gains. Anyone know of any appetite enhancers (besides pot).
