So long as theres no painful glandular growth I'd say your good. Not gonna guess bf%. Just reduce it. Don't over think this stuff.
Side note: my buddy Jimmy had some seriously puffy nips when he a lil softer than you. When he got down to some decent abs etc. his nips looked completely different. I understand the obsession completely. Already had gyno removed by Dr. Blau then had a reduction too. Bitches love the tiny nips lol.I dig weights

BUMP Two new pics for better estimate, 174 pounds today
Keep in mind haven't lifted for over 3months due to shoulder injury.
Any advice on what to do next, as in should I try lose some body fat before going on a bulk or just get back to lifting normal and try get enough protein in.

Update i got some new pics.
First two pics i was around 176 and i tried bulking up abit so im 186 at the moment.
I know i defo got puffy nipples but nothing i can do about it.
So what bf you think i'm at and any advice on what to do carry on adding weight or try a little cut.
