Overall, facial aesthetics are about bone structure, and skin elasticity.
The good news is that you can exercise your face to highlight your bone structure.
This involves increasing jaw line, check bone protrusion, and toning the muscles in the face to accent your facial features.
This is nothing new obviously, but I am willing to bet that most of you dont do it.
In conjunction with weight training and cardio these exercises can improve your facial aesthetics.
TONGUE STRETCH
Facial exercises force the muscles to expand and contract. This helps force lymph from areas such as the jaw line, where it often accumulates and causes sagging, says the TargetWoman health and lifestyle website. This exercise is particularly good for flexing the jaw muscles. Sit up straight and slowly raise your chin so that you're looking at the ceiling. Keep your shoulders relaxed to avoid neck strain. Stick your tongue out and down, trying to get the tip to touch your chin. Hold this position for 10 seconds, then relax.
LIP RAISE AND JAW DROP
This exercise works the chin and the muscles at the front of your neck, which help support the skin on the jaw line. While doing this exercise, you should feel the neck muscles and chin tighten. Raise your lower lip past your top lip, which should make your chin tense and pucker. Hold in this position for a few seconds, then firmly drop your lower jaw, keeping the rest of your face and head still. This movement will cause your neck muscles to contract. Hold for a few seconds, relax and aim for at least two sets of 10 repetitions.
CHEEK FLEX
Take your three center fingers and place them on the cheeks and push them down. At the same time, raise your cheeks by smiling as hard as you can. Keep your head back when you are performing this workout.
JAW STRETCH
It's just as important to stretch the jaw muscles as it is to strengthen them. This helps ensure tension is released and promotes good circulation. A good way to stretch the jaw muscles is to sit up straight with your lips closed and relaxed, says the Fitness Health Zone website. Gently tilt your head back so you're looking at the ceiling, then form an O-shape with your lips. This pulls the skin tight over your jaw bone. Hold for 20 seconds, relax and repeat one or two times.

This is so stupid. The only thing that can change your face, whether it's the shape or elasticity, is dieting and taking hormones.

Nobody is talking about changing your face.
When was that ever mentioned?
What we are talking about here is making your face more defined by toning facial muscles to highlight underlying facial features, i.e jaw line, check bones etc.
It is also centered on stretching to prevent sagging skin, which takes away from ones facial aesthetics as they progress through age.

You can't effect that to any extent with these exercises. That's not how the body works and this is a complete waste of time. Do you know how to make your face more defined? Diet and supplementation paired with a moderately low body fat. High protein with a low-carb diet, containing lots of Magnesium and Zinc. The next step, and one of the most important in regards to facial features, is hormones. Your goal should be a high level of free testosterone with a low level of estrogen. The key here is to effect the way your body distributes fat. Lowing your bodyfat alone is not effective as all it does is hollow out your eyes and make your look like a drowned rat. These changes are effected by the androgenic and to some extent the anabolic effects of Testosterone. Therefore you have to make sure your free testosterone is high, and that your DHT is high, but your estrogen is very low. This balance is what characterizes an attractive masculine face. The effect is that the facial fat thins at key points (cheekbones, chin and jaw angles, nose to cheek bridge, brow angles), but stays thicker in others (eye sockets, lips, planes of forehead, nose, upper eye area) which is what ultimately increases facial aesthetics. There is no other way to define or change your face. End of story.
Cliffs:
- manual exercises are a waste of time and don't do anything
- the best way to make your face more aesthetic is diet and supplementation
- high testosterone paired with low estrogen is what equates to a more defined face

At the end of the day, its obviously an interaction of exercising, dieting and stretching. To say these exercises yield no benefits is entirely false.
