at that point you see it was my pic after losing alot of fat , my weight was 253 lbs / 115 Kgs
in that pic i was 154 lbs / 70 kgs .. the mistake i done there that i lost alot of weight in the span of 6 months doing only cardio with crappy diet
then i joined a gym in 2007 was barely benching empty bar x10 for 3 sets .. yes i was that weak
i went on bulk (dirty bulk) for around 6 months cuz i had alot of loose skin then i started like that
2007-2008 diet 22 weeks (cutting)
2009 bulk / cut
2010 bulk / cut
2011 bulk / cut
2012 bulk / cut
but in the end of 2010 year i wasnt natural anymore just to clear thatBeast

I was out of shape for 3 years and depressed , playing online games and a friend just said how do u live with that body dont u feel like sh!t? (he was going to gym everyday back in time) ..
the next day i started dieting/cutting that was in end of 2005 , finish the dieting mid of 2006 , joined gym in 2007
yeah true , workout same split i posted above nothing changed
only the diff is rep range , when i bulk 12-10-8-6
when i cut 25 reps + and light weightBeast
