Found this site about a year ago, with the info gathered I decided to just quit whining and LIFT!!!
Started out skinny fat last Oct (175lbs)....bulked for 8 months till may (195lbs)...been cutting ever since. I'm currently sitting at 163.5lbs but the goal is 160lbs
Hopefully I can wrap this cut up in 2 weeks then slow bulk it back to around 175lbs
BF% Estimate? Cut or Bulk?
What do you guys think?

5 day split along with macro-nutrient consistency......No shortcuts whatsoever!
I've decided to continue the cut for another month ending on Dec 21st, aiming for 155lbs (7lbs to go). The way I see it is that I have the upperhand on my bodyfat % and I'm not gonna let it slip through my fingers, I've knocked off nearly 40lbs so far so I might as well FINISH STRONG! GLORY IS ETERNAL! I'll make sure to hit you guys back with an update.... Time to STFU and LIFT!!!!

Good progress man! I have a feeling I'm going to have a somewhat physique as you at the weight you're at. I'm already starting to have definition in my upper abs at 175 lbs. Not yet so much on the bottom but I have a feeling around 157-160 is when Ill be 10% Bf. Great transformation! Its definately motivating. I cut down from 220 lbs. It feels good man. May I ask what your macros were at throughout the whole time and how low did you end up cutting or currently cutting at?

Mon: Legs/Abs/Cardio
Tues:Shoulders/Triceps/Abs/Cardio
Wed: Rest
Thurs:Chest/Biceps/Triceps/Abs/Cardio
Fri:Shoulders/Back/Abs/Cardio
Sat:Cardio/Abs
Although this worked for me in some terms, I wouldn't recommend this set up at all. It's rather sloppy, for instance you should order your chest day prior to your shoulder day, abs were being overworked @ 5 days a week, and the non-stop cardio definitely did not help my energy level at all and prob contributed to extra muscle loss, and body parts were only being worked once a week. I just stuck it out because by the time I became knowledge about these issues it was just easier to go with what was routine.
