Found out why my cleans were so slow! Been sick for 5 days now. Took those days off as well trying to recover. Feeling much better today than I did Thursday with a fever. Going to hit my Thursday Friday lifts on Monday Tuesday from now on to catch up. Also varying daily intensity will help with my recovery as well.

Summary
Hit all my workouts this week, just didn't log them. Hit a PR of 295 on cleans today. Form felt much better than the 285 too which was the best part. Down to 211 as well. Getting stronger, getting leaner, loving it!

Summary
Overheard work going good, laid off though, shoulder didn't feel right. Also got sick again, but I'm good now. Looking to have a solid 4 weeks strict diet and high quality workouts!

Haha my college's gym and I just drop weights and everyone gets rattled, but it saves my shoulderss
And they are big bumper plates, the old fashioned ones that suck in my opinion lol. Oh well, better than throwin metal ones
