I am having a hard time even reaching 1200 calories. I have never had this problem before. I am doing a low carb diet and I am unsure how to fill up. What are some non carb foods with high calories or what can I do to increase my calories with out eating tons of carbs? Thanks you.

Exactly.
Unless there's some underlying medical reason, there's no reason to be so restrictive if you can't even meet a basic minimum standard of health. That "carb target" isn't helping you w/ a single thing.

Fair enough.
Lmao. Truth.
OP - It's very doubtful that (read: nearly impossible) 1200/day is a healthy level for you to cut at. Go to the nutrition section, learn how to calculate TDEE and figure out where to go from there. Diabetes came into it as I was speculating on why you might be limiting carbs.
