Its regular I guess. Im drawing it myself but clearly gonna make ask the artist to redo it.
Its gonna be based on the idea of cortez and the burn the ships idea. Stormy waters and a warrior on a burning ship fighting a mythical creature. Stormy sky lightening coming through, where its skin outlined as the bolts through the ink.

My intended deficient is 400-500 calories a day. I am going through a cardio-intensive course right now , so these numbers are temporary. I do realize, after signing up for MFP, that I tend to grossly under-eat. So I will be keeping that in mind.I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :

NOTES: The scale is moving, and I am looking and feeling less and less like a fat *******. That run was a breeze, a joke rather. My cardio improvement is great My numbers are super low in the gym, but I dont care. I have a one way ticket to sexyness, with a tail wind.

NOTES: Still going light on squats, as my back has a hint of uncomfortableness. Considering increasing my carbs or doing a carb refeed. I look flat. And I seriously need to get done with this gay course. I barley have time to eat and I get out late of fuk, so not a lot of time to workout.

No, the weights are still lenient enough to be supported with your own core, just tighten the abdominals
Belts are what they are..eventually the weights will be higher and you will need to to push your limits. I tried to squat a top set of 300 lbs last saturday w/o belt, I climbed up from the hole with a bad form..result sore back almost four days.. I'm too weak for lifting w/o belt for squats + 310 lbs and deadlifts + 330 lbs. I admire you core strenght bro!
