5x5 End Of The World Workout.
SQUAT: 135, 225, 275, 300
DEADLIFT: 135, 225, 315, 385
MILITARY: 95, 105, 115, 135, 155
NOTES: I started to feel some pain in my right shoulder, which is of great concern to me because I had an impingement a few years ago. 155 on the military presses were ugly and weak. Ive been popping some Advils and will be paying close attention to my shoulder. Ill being listening to my body for the rest of the day, and tomorrow and will take some days off if need be. <--- This is all depending on if there IS a tomorrow.

Thats not gong to happen. I guarantee its just something minor, like my wrist was a couple weeks ago. Rev's shoulder on the other hand sounds serious and is talking about surgery. Ill stop lifting completely and rehab it before getting to that point, if thats possible.I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :
