Day 9/10
Day 9 of my 5x5:
Day off. I called that gym and made it a point to contact the gym manager about their horse **** rules.
Day 10 of my 5x5:
SQUAT: 135, 185, 225, 260 (EASY!)
DEADLIFT: 225, 275, 315, 345 (FELT GREAT!)
MILITARY: 95, 115, 125, 135
NOTES: So today was pretty busy but I managed to hit the gym and keep my diet on track, like a baws. I have been doing tons of paperwork for reenlistment, graduation, PCS, medical ect as well as going to school. My diet is still clean and I am hitting my macros. Today I started taking CREAPURE CREATINE MONOYDRATE as well as shooting for a half gallon of milk a day earlier in the week. I took my first dose preworkout, and I am pretty sure that was a bad idea because I stared to get indigestion and burping a lot- when I was doing my deadlifts I felt like puking REALLY BAD. I eventually just said fuk it, deal with it and figured worst case scenario Ill just puke mid-deadlift and all the shawtys will be mire'n and the bros will be like "Good job, Brandon man". Pulled 345 with ease. Squatted 260 with ease, and my presses were a sinch. My goals are really looking like a reality, and my progression is more than I could have hoped for- I am seeing great results! Its like I throw on the weight, and it feels the same as the week before.
My workout anthem:

Day 11 of my 5x5
Day off. I weighed myself upon waking this morning, and I am up 1.5 lbs in almost 2 weeks. A little too rapid for my liking, but I recently started taking cratien so maybe that has something to do with it. I took some progress pictures to make sure I am not getting fat!

Thanks man. I hope to be putting up numbers like you, soon.
Thanks man. You think I should just put that fuker on the bar and try to pull it? Like I said brah, I was just pulling and trying to NOT puke lol.
I take NO Explode pre, and I am thinking about throwing that in the trash, or donating it to a homeless man. I figure if I donate it to him maybe he will work? I used to take C4, and I had no probs with that whatsoever, I actually highly recommend it. I think No explode is full of a bunch of bull**** fillers and crap.
Reenlistment is going to be unique situation. Basically it needs to happen in a 2 hour window. I graduate my school at 1000, and I have to detach my current command at 1200 and take leave, and I can only reenlist AFTER I graduate. So I am going to reenlist at my school graduation. I am thinking about hiring a professional photographer to capture dat dar moment.I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :

I like to test somewhere near my 1RM every month but I also like that feeling of a fried CNS. But I'm also not yet at my BWx2 (40lbs away) on deadlifts so take that as you will.

Day 12/13 of my 5x5
NOTES:Both days were off day. I was supposed to lift on Friday but was to hungover. I drank about a fifth of Crown Royal and LOADS of food on Thanksgiving. I def over did my cheating. Ill be doing some cardio throughout the week to make up for this. whathaveidone.jpg .
I am getting WAY too comfortable/ relaxed with the fact that I am not cutting.. I didnt sacrifice 2 months of my life to reducing my bodyfat to just piss it away 2 weeks coming off my cut. Fuk that.
From here on out, its 100% strict diet

Lets say 05JAN13 I will test out on all my 1rm. I dont think I will have any probs with deads and squat, but my bench is lagging! 275 seems pretty far away.
I've been on active duty for 7 years. I recently did what you Marines call a Lat Move. I went from an H60 Airframer to a surface ship Electrician with orders to work on LCUs in San Diego, CA. I will be reenlisting for my 3rd time on the 04DEC12 then off to San Diego with 30 days of leave.
Yes, you read that correctly. 30 days of leave. The Navy had me deployed for pretty much the last 2 years so now they can lick my 30 days of leave having nuts.I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :

27NOV12
5X5
SQUATS:135,205,225, 245, 270
BENCH: 135, 155, 185, 195, 215
ROW: 135, 185, 205, 215, 230
CABLE CRUNCHES: 130X12, 145X 20, 150X20
HYPERS: BWX15, BW+45X15, BW+55X15
NOTES: Epic workout! I was completely focused, I felt strong as ****, motivation was 11/10. I read Craig's story and jammed out to Five Finger Deathpunch on the way to the gym so it was perfect rage/moto strom. I am having some pain in my left wrist but I benched through it. I hope it goes away because its fuking annoying.
So I have been running this for aprox. 2 weeks and I have added the following to my 5x5:
SQUAT: 25LBS
BENCH: 20LBS
ROW: 25LBS
DEADLIFT: 20LBS
MILITARY 5LBS
I am happy as **** with these numbers for only 2 weeks. I will be at my goals in no time. I just imagine where I will be in two more weeks, a month, 2 months ect and it pumps me up! I started this long just to increase my strength for overall health/fitness standards, but I have been bitten by this strength bug. Today I have been entertaining the idea of a powerlifting meet. I know I have a long ways to go, but I think it will give be a huge drive and will increase my motivation. Ill get back with my final decision as the next month of my life is completely unknown at this point.

Some hardcore Navy PT!!11!!
PUSH UPS:83
SIT UPS: 85
1.5 MILE: 10:50
NOTES: I did my biannual physical test for the Navy. I gave about 75% effort. Its pointless to do more because it hinders my recovery, and I still pass. But I had to do better than everyone else so I can talk s**** and be cocky.
I usually run way faster but at about half way this fat kid fell out, fell to the deck and these guys were talking **** to him calling him" tooties roll is on the roll", "brace for impact earthquake inbound" , and a bunch of other stuff and he was making these funny noises and i fuking LOST IT ROTFLMAO!!!! I couldnt stop laughing . Then at the end of the run the ambulance came and those guys started asking the paramedics if they were full on gas and what their rated payload was and ****. Funny ****. Totally made my week.
