This information is all over the misc, we need one place with all these tips/tricks/habits.
1. Cold Shower/ Contrast shower
- basic protocol :
take shower as normal in warm/hot water, this is where you clean yourself (3-5 mins)
Turn hot water completely off and stay under the water until it no longer feels cold (.5-1.5 mins)
Turn hot water back on and stay under until it no longer feels too hot (.5 to 1.5 mins)
Do this for 3-6 cycles, always ending on cold. You will feel like Zeus.

2. Meditation

3. Read good books
- I go for 1 book per week, so I divide the amount of pages in the book by 7, and read that amount of pages per day

4. Clean
- Having a spotless room/car and always having clean clothes has made a huge difference in how I feel. I make "cleaning" a daily habit. Usually spend about 15 minutes on cleaning per day and do my laundry as soon as I have enough dirty clothes for a load.
5. Financial Plan
- Figure out your goal lifestyle, and what your monthly cash flow would need to look like to facitilitate that.
For example, I need to make $1600/month right now working no more than 25 hours a week to drive the car I want, eat how I want, and save money. So, my goal right now is to find a job that pays $17.60/hour, which makes my take home pay 1600. Now Im just taking some time each day to find this opportunity.

6. Family
- spend 15 minutes of your day to call a grandmother/parent/cousin etc.
7. Power Poses
- consciously try to be in a power pose as often as possible.

10. Track Productivity

11. Learn how to be happy

12. Objectively look at yourself
Go through your ******** profile and look at things you post, does that represent you well?
13. Do something new.
I don't care if its a new tv show, different route home, rare steak instead of medium etc. just do something new. Every single day should include a new experience. Dat der broadening of horizon.

Practical example: my chains
$$$ - do something to add value to myself. Today I improved my résumé
Lift - stay on my lifting schedule, rest day counts.
Diet - hit macros / take supps
Meditate - had a long session today
No contact - trying to get over oneitis ex.
Harmonica - practice for an hour or so. Today I practiced a simple blues lick
Clean - changed my sheets and did the dishes
Read - currently reading the way of the superior man, definitely recommend. Read 38 pages today
Teeth - will bleach the 40inchvert method tonight
Family - talked to Grandma on the phone
School - registered for next semester.

For me, it seems to be better to make self improvement like a full time job. It's easier to be consistent when it's a routine and not just some habits. I get up, meditate, read, eat, clean, call family, lift, finances, school, contrast shower, eat, work, go out, harmonica, then play fallout or something, eat, sleep.. In that order. Also, I'm trying to stay busy to keep my mind off my ex. The busier I am the Better.

I was just thinking about this the other day and was wondering if there was already a group with this theme. I dig your setup and approach. I find that when you are on a path to improve yourself that you tend to attract other like minded individuals and that includes the wiminz.
I kind of keep mine simple hitting up a foundation on three things; mental strength, physical strength, and spiritual strength
Everyday I try to do something that covers each. Also, I try to learn something hard, or different, as much as possible. Stuff that we take for granted like how to tell time only using a stick and the sun, or baking really good bread, or sushi. Learning how different supplements and chemicals effect our bodies etc. I guess its a fight between boredom and the hatred of television.
