    How much CM is it ok to take on a daily basis?

    Hello. I am asking because I am currently taking Hemavol, where if I took 2 scoops, that would be 5 grams of CM. I just got a free order of BCAAs in the mail and wanted to take that during my workouts. That has 2 grams of CM in it. Would it be ok to take 7 grams of CM or is that overboard. Im thinking its overboard but I wanted to ask

    6g for aerobic, 8g for anaerobic. You could go higher if you wanted.

    7 grams of CM is fine. if you are just starting to supplement CM, then it will be used. However, you will reach saturation on about 2 weeks at that dosing, and after that point in time, anything more than about 3 grams per day would be pissed out.

    I think the sweet spot for citmal for most people tends to be in the 6-8 gram range.

    It is fine. The benchmark studies that indicate citrulline malate provides true performance enhancement are between 6g [aerobic trained individuals] and 8g [weight trained individuals].

    Alot of this stuff has to depend on bodyweight I would assume. I don't take citrulline malate and hence have never looked into it but I would assume someone like me would need more than a 170 lb guy
