Weighed myself earlier today, sitting at 223 lbs. This is actually with no pump at all. Definitely lost a ton of definition as I been bulking like a champ the past two months.
EDIT: terrible lighting here. I'm actually at around 13% but I look like I'm at 30% lol.
EDIT #2:
I hit them 6 days a week.
Usually I do:
Standing Calf Raises 3 sets of 50 reps.
Seated Calf Raises 4 sets of 50. pyramid up to 3 plates then pyramid down.
Hack Machine Calf Raises 4 sets of 25. pyramid up to 3 plates then pyramid down.
EDIT #3:
To answer some questions that you guys asked via the PM and whatnot:
No, I don't do them for lower reps anymore. I feel like a dug myself a hole and I'm forced to stick to high rep work.
I would honestly prefer to go up to 50 with lower weight then up to 20 with higher weight; each to their own.

I'm a winger for my rugby team, I can probably outrun you lol.
I'll post it tomorrow when GF is over. I can't hold a spoon, a tape measure and the camera at the same time :P
Genetics play a huge part in it but I pretty much do the Tom Platz routine for my legs so I bust my ass as well.Born in Lithuania | Living in Chicago |

22 inches? thats like the size of my ...
oh lawd-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

nice job OP.
guys, calves need the most frequency out of any muscle to grow
i know OP had good calves genetically but people can get to 19, 20 inches at 220 lb just by blasting them many times a week
Arnold himself said his calves sucked until he did them 6 times a week
he does standing and seated calf raises, those are the best to hit your gastroc and soleus, the 2 biggest parts of the calf
then you can do other things for the tibialis anterior and whatever
