So im trying to eat smaller meals throughout the day while im lifting harder, i workout at 6 am and around 8 i eat breakfast, 11 i eat my second meal, but its hard for me to eat a meal in the afternoon. Are almonds and a protein shake okay? because im trying to find healthy snacks at our fobs px. and dinner is at 530 and i take a casian before i go to bed around 1030. Just looking for some ideas on what i could do during the afternnon. Thanks guys

Try this for a week and see what happens
Work out your required calories and then depending on you goals adjust the required amount, (adding or reducing calories)
Make sure you get that amount of calories in the day; don’t worry about timing too much.
If you train in the morning, then keep that meal after training.Aim for the ceiling and you might not get off the floor. Aim for sky and you might just touch the ceiling.
