im looking for advice on my workout program. i want to know if im doing an overkill on my exercises. currently:
monday:
-machine bench press
-free weight bench press
-free weight flyers
-incline bench
-incline flyers
-incline curls
-hammer curls
-concentration curls
-zotmann curls
tuesday:
-lat pull down
-back rows
-free weight shoulder press
-laterals
-arnold shoulder press
-free weight over head tricep extension
-free weight bent over tricep extension
-machine tricept push downs
wed off
thursday is mondays workout
friday is tuesdays workout
currently im doing drop sets:
previously 4 sets each with 8 reps:
am i doing too much? if at all can anyone let me know what i should add or take away.
