This is a pretty broad question so I will narrow it down.
I'm talking about those models with great definition and even size sometimes.
What kind of fat % are these guys at? (males)
If the goal is that kind of body, how big should you get before cutting down to that %? I got 40cm biceps now but if I'd cut down to 8% or so, I'm guessing I'd look like a skeleton?
Thanks!

there is no real shortcuts here, you need to calculate your calories and macros, keep lifting good and stay healthy.

Doesn't have to be a lot on the 'money' part -- and conversely, the 'time' part is usually much more than most beginners imagine. The article referenced by Adrian makes it look expensive w/ the 'paid trainer' stuff and a lot of supplements, but that's not a required route. Sufficient training knowledge can be gleaned here for free, as well as diet knowledge in the Nutrition section of this forum. Of course, to save that money, you do have to put in extra time to fetch/absorb it. Then apply it.

The point that I was trying to make is that the cover model look is often unattainable or unsustainable and that you don't need to go to extremes to look good naked. Most girls see the "perfect" look as a turn off because they rightly or wrongly assume you must be self absorbed. It goes both ways. We all like girls who look good but don't look like they are trying too hard to achieve it.
