Hi there,
So only after owning my own business, after a year i have just opened my own facility 6 weeks ago.
I am near full with clients, i also teach classes every evening (2 are small group training sessions) to which these are all near full!
However, i am not a guy thriving for a specific part in financial success however the amount coming in is just covering all overheads etc.
I was thinking about getting another trainer in however the facility is used every evening so the only time they could use the place is the morning and afternoon each week (the main time clients are available for training is evening so i feel it would be hard to get a trainer in for this?)
This is the obvious to creating a higher revenue, i am stuck for more ideas?
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
Ross
