I don't really do meal timing btw, I just eat whenever I can as long as I get my macros :P anyways what do you guys think of my diet? It seems good so far and I'm liking it a lot! thanks to IIFYM
Breakfast: 4 weetabix, made with 1 pint of milk & 1 activia yoghurt
Snack 1: 2 table spoon of peanut butter and 2 slices of brown bread
Snack 2: 2 table spoon of peanut butter and 2 slices of brown bread and 1 banana
Snack 3: (pre workout): 1 tin of tuna and 2 slices of brown bread and 1 tbsp of light mayo
Snack 4: 4 weetabix, made with 1 pint of milk
Snack 5: 450 grams of chicken breast fillets
Calories: 2952
Protein:about 210grams protein
fats : ? i'm not too sure about but i think it would be more than 65 grams
Note: Not everyday is the same diet routine, however I do make sure i get all my grams of protein/fats and I do make sure I get 3,000 calories <3
some days I may just replace snack 4 with some chocolate milk shake and some biscuits with the same amount of calories this is just based on a typical day
