Not the strongest. Not even close. Not even for the calisthenic type exercise you're doing. But still, cool stuff.. I used to do similar when I was as light as a feather. Kinda makes me want to go work on some flips and tumbling after lunges tonight.

The guy is a light guy, so it's not really brute strength , any bodybuilder/weightlifters could outdo him in a fair contest (weightlifting, since calisthenics is hardly fair due to different height/BW).But it certainly shows good core strength.
I rep back

OP, you're strong bro - and lean, but don't be a kunt.
Modesty is a good quality in a person.
Jumping to the conclusion that you're the strongest 16 year old is plain ridiculous. As has been said, lots of olympic gymnasts will be stronger than you. I know a 16 year old weighing 188lbs at 5'6. Can do weighted one arm pull ups just like you can and has a lot more size than you do brah. Quit acting like a kid.

Yes he's not the strongest, but lulz at everyone in this thread.
I guarantee you, guaranteed that not a single person in this thread could mimic the same things he did. Some of those movements are extremely, extremely difficult to do.
