Do a search of 'UncleWade' s posts regarding ALCAR, it'll tell you everything.
As for me, I very much recommend it. 2g/day has been fantastic. Should be even more noticeable at age 41.

Im with the above.
I love it for brain function and focus. I have 1.8ish grams a day.

I use SNS myself. Can be had at 10.95/bottle, which isn't half bad for a capped product.
