You're not supposed to take anything for joints or anti-inflammatories or it will negate the ArA. You gotta suffer.

Not true from what I've read from reps, you just have to dose joint support 4-6 hrs away from your xgels dosing

ArA is pro-inflammatory, so taking anti-inflammatories on top of it will diminish effects. Fish oil/joint support taken early on the day or ~8 hours away from ArA dosing will minimize any crossover.

But doesn't Glucosamine and Chondroitin build up in your system? Having joint complex built up in your system seems like it would have an effect on ArA. Fish oil and such, sure, you could dose ~8 hours away.

Also, if you are prone to hair loss, which option would be the safer choice? I know that they are both natural supplements, but I heard from some people that ARA can cause hair loss through inflammation on the scalp. I have also heard that Anabeta has moderately androgenic, so that can possibly cause hair loss if you are prone.

Both are effective, Anabeta is my favorite natty anabolic though.

It is great to see that Anabeta also has a large following.

Personally, I dont think there is a better natural anabolic than arachidonic acid (X-Factor) on the market at this time, or at any time over the past ten years.

Be sure to give X-Factor a whirl, the best dosed, the original and the cheapest per gram.

i liked x factor i just wish it was cheaper. womp womp womp, yes of course all consumers wish everything in the world is cheaper. but its just a bit steep. great product but not worth hundreds of dollars a year imo if you want to run it a few times

For real???? I have 2 OG coming and getting two more after.. plan to run it at 6 caps pre-workout only 4X per week.
