    Whats your favourite cheat meal and how often?

    Mine would have to be fudge a mcflurry! I limit my cheat meals to once a week, even on a cut, in all honesty if i could go without it I would, but im afraid of binging! what are your cheatmeals like? how often to you cheat?

    I make the food I like fit into my daily macronutrient requirements when I'm on a cut. However, on a bulk if can't be bothered making said food fit my macros I'll just eat what ever I want and put it behind me. Last night, had 15 slices of pizza and my Nonna's apple strudel. No way in hell any of that would have fit my macos. Lol.

    That been said OP, a McFlurry would be easy to fit into ones macros provides they are not in a severe calorie deficit

    Having one once a week feels good to me, I feel on track and if I was to ever go over my macros Id just up the cardio. I have healthy food I enjoy everyday

    Well its outside my usual macros so i guess it classifies! It just makes it easier for me than reincorperating foods like that into my program to just have a time once a week to have some sweets

    My favorite meal out currently is Costco food court Combo pizza and a frozen yogurt. I have that pretty much every time I am hungry enough for both and I am at Costco. Not a big cheat meal type I fit macros.

    When I lived down south I used to go to Sonny's All-You-Can-Eat Rib night about once a month and just pound ribs, fries, coleslaw, and garlic bread. Once I went with my father and they had to cut us off haha.

    Most of the food listed here can easily be worked into any cutting diet without much compromise. However, stuff like chinese food, pizza and some of the fattier pasta dishes can only be enjoyed with complete disbandment to calorie count when cutting, IMO. Considering how calorie dense chinese food is (most of the fried stuff, anyway) - there's just no way to feel satisfied if you tried fitting it into your macros.

    When I was cutting I would just say fack it, and I would enjoy until content, lol.

    I grilled 5 ounces of chicken and added it on top of 3 slices of pizza working it into my 1700 calorie cutting diet today It was over 1000 calories but I hit all of my macros perfectly.
