    Bulking shake of the gods recipe

    For my shake, i used cinnamon roll myofusion, tastes like cinnamon muffin batter, amazing

    Ingredients:
    1.5 cups vanilla ice cream
    12 floz 2% white milk
    2 scoops myofusion protein
    2 drops of vanilla extract

    Nutrition facts:
    900 Calories
    42g Fat
    72g Protein
    78g Carbs

    Facts:
    About the size of a medium drink from a restaurant
    EXTREMLY THICK, well pretty thick, for those who prefer a thinner drink, go 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, 16 floz of milk, 1.5 scoops of protein

    1 cup of icream
    2 cups of oats
    2 sscoops of whey

    taa-daa. Might be missing some stuff, haven't had one in a few months

    Gonna have to try it. this is what i use atm
    2 cups milk
    2 scoops of whey
    3 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp honey/
    its really thick. but you can easily chug it down in one sitting
    idk the macros but its calorie dense with around 80g protein and alot of healthy fats
