The weight hasn't gone up in a while. should I be squatting more than 1 day a week?

How long is a while, is it your training routine or is it your diet?

Post your routine, macros, etc. I personally squat 3x/week, as most Novice programs have you squatting 3x/week, adding 5 lbs per workout (15 lbs/week)
