Since we are all old farts here, we must, collectively, know some "good sh*t".
If you don't, then get the f**k outta here, ya loser.
In this thread, anything goes, as long as it is good, and you don't get your sorry arse booted.

That is some great s**t, john-t-b.
It made me want to post the rock climbing scene from MI, but that is no longer available on YouTube, due to the fact that they want more of our money.
Instead....I will post one of the most bad ass scenes ever filmed. Feast your eyes on this:
He which hath no stomach to this fight, let him depart.

One of my all time favorite sci fi's... stoned or otherwise...
I think Anne Francis was so hot in this movie. Quintessential flying saucer, mad scientist, mad scientists hot daughter, robot, space monster, you name it. Monsters from the Id ! And a young Leslie Nielsen in a straight role!! It was the model for Irwin Allen's Lost In Space on TV years later. I can watch that saucer landing scene again and again, never gets old. Oh, also, the soundtrack was completely original for the time (you get very little of it from this holky original trailer I linked), synthesizer effects that were brand new at that time.Last edited by Medtreker; 10-07-2012 at 04:12 PM.

Hums the theme to Superman during planks and LYTPs. Now that you've read this, you will too.
All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

Not sure what Jamie Lee Curtis did or how long she had to workout to prepare for True Lies. I do recall that was one of her first movie performances after she sobered up, so getting healthy was likely part of her motivation along with looking good. JLC was also pretty young in that movie; 35yo when it came out. (I wrote "young" because even when I saw the movie in my late teens I didn't consider her to be old.)
