Green tea apparently blocks/inhibits fat absorption.
Considering omega 3s are fatty acids, wouldn't green tea affect their absorption? especially the ethyl ester omega 3's which need to be taken with a fatty meal to be absorbed properly. Currently taking green tea and omega 3 supplements. Haven't seen any studies regarding green tea and fish oil, any thoughts?

My thoughts are dont take them at the same time if you are worried one will affect the other.
