    Help with TDEE

Ok so I'm wanting some help to re-do my TDEE since I have a feeling Iv'e done it wrong

What exactly would I need to do to find it out?

The most common day is doing the usual house work, small workouts during the day and a larger more intense 1 before bed...

Im 96-97 kilograms now, 172 cm, 20 years old and want to cut to lose weight. I use 10kg dumbbells in my workouts.

I think I figured out a TDEE of roughly 2400 cal, so If I stay under 2000 cal that'll give me a good deficit? 90g protein needed a day, 40g fats? and I keep my carbs low, and usually to before or after my workouts? Sound ok?xXD
