    Bulking to Cutting

    After bulking would it be better to go into a normal (P,C,F) calorie deficit or a keto-style deficit? Opinions please!

    Keto places unnecessary dietary restrictions on ones life. It holds no fat loss benefit what so ever in contrast to a standard caloric deficit. Just go into a "normal" calorie deficit.
