Hey everyone I'm going on a school camp for 11 days and I was wondering if you could give me some tips on keeping healthy and fit while I am gone. The food is pretty good eg tuna wraps, spagetti Bolognese,curry and rice. It's very carb loaded but we are going to be walking for 20-30km a day with 20-25kg packs so most of it will be burnt of hopefully. Just wondering if there is any things I can do to make sure I don't put on any weight or loose muscle.
