    what is the difference between concret concentrated creatine and concret creatine micro dosing and which would u recommend? thank you for your help.

    Concret is creatine HCL. YOu dont need 5g like how you would need with mono. 3g of HCL works just as good as 5g mono. I notice when im on concret, I dont get cramps in my hams. Even when I drink 1.5 gallons of water a day I still cramp up while on mono. But due to the cheapness of allmax creapure $23 for a 200 day supply, I can deal with the cramping.

    i tend to retain alot of water and i read that con cret doesnt cause retention so i was looking into it.

    Concrete creatine for myself personally didn't make my body hold any noticeable water weight and that's what the product aims to do. However everyone is different and it may affect your body differently, try it out and see what works for you! Hope this helps
