you need stricter rules. put up a limit on time you've been lifting.

Too be fair, i will let you join. Hope it does not turn people off from the contest but encourages them to work harder. Remember it is about reps lifted and all together reps not weight. Your in man Mind helping get some people in?

yea dont kick him out, just make sure you balance the teams so hes not in with other crazy strong kids lol.

I am going to try another mod first but i will prob hit gorilla if it doesnt work! Since it is a beginner contest i can understand if a mod doesn't sticky...btw i think SpliTT bw contest died LOL

Been lifting for a little more than two months, would I drag my team down too much if I join? Probably could get 2-3 for bench, ~6 for squats, my deadlift is absolute crap at the moment and I don't clean.

Probably with my noob gains lol. Squats are getting much stronger very quickly, bench too. Deadlift I just started a few weeks ago and am still embarrassed by. In 5 weeks I reckon I'd be around 5 for bench and 10 for squat.
