Add Maxes for powerclean, bench, squat, deadlift!
This contest will consist of 5 teams, each team will have 4 lifters. There will be 4 exercises to be completed and each team will dedicate ONE lifter per lift. For example; Team one: Lifter 1: Bench, Lifter 2: Deadlift, Lifter 3: Squat, Lifter 4: Powerclean. etc There will be a total of 20 people participating. This contest is mostly aimed for beginner and intermediate lifters who can not do what other contests have stated. Deadline will be 5 weeks after start (may be adjusted depending on course of contest).
Proper form is a must!
Powerclean will be bodyweight times .85
Bench will be bodyweight times 1.10
Squat will be bodyweight times 1.30
Deadlift will be bodyweight times 1.5
Bench rest is no longer than 6 sec between reps
Squat rest is no longer than 8 sec between reps
Deadlift rest is no longer than 8 sec
Powerclean rest is no longer than 10

There will be a post dedicated to the winning team to recognize them, they will be repped by the losing teams and if i can get a mod on board, possibly a mod rep.
