    One arm bigger then other

    Ive been working out for over a year and ive have the same problem the whole time lifting. My Right arm is just as strong as my left arm but my left arm is bigger then my right. I started to lift my right hand more then my right but ive seen very little change. Is there anything else i could do to even them out
