Ive been working out since March and just recently I have been having an issue when I am doing curls. There is a popping on my left arm on the opposite side of my elbow. It happens when I am extending my arm at the end of a bicep curl. It doesnt hurt just feels weird and i can hear the popping. I have attached a picture so you can see exactly where i am talking about. It is circled in yellow.
