Having issues with tendon popping when doing biceps

Ive been working out since March and just recently I have been having an issue when I am doing curls. There is a popping on my left arm on the opposite side of my elbow. It happens when I am extending my arm at the end of a bicep curl. It doesnt hurt just feels weird and i can hear the popping. I have attached a picture so you can see exactly where i am talking about. It is circled in yellow.
Thanks for the help in advance

EDIT: sorry cant post pictures yet

did you hurt it doing something like nosebreakers/skullcrushers/whatever you want to call it? I did that by going too heavy too quick and now my left elbow pops when i start to bend it after locking it out. it doesn't hurt anymore but i have replaced that exercise.

Nope i never hurt it. It only starts popping when im using dumbells to do hammercurls or any other type of curl with dumbells. It doesnt pop if I use the machines. Im not sure why it is popping out at the end of a rep when I am lowering the weight to my side
