Tribulus and GYNECOMASTIA (man boobs)

I have been reading that Tribulus causes the development of 'Man boobs' because the excess testosterone is converted to estrogen. But on a packet of Tribulus I have it says that it reduces estrogen levels so how can it cause GYNECOMASTIA?

Also, what does it mean when the packet says 'increase in sexual drive'? Is it that it helps you 'last longer' or help you get 'hard'?

(before you say I'm only 16 and I shouldn't need to add testosterone, I got it free with a tub a Weight Gainer.)

Good thing for you it doesn't boost test or reduce estrogen..It will help with teh bonerz though.

Maybe you should also read the other line where it says:

First of all, tribulus as all testboosters, they can only increase testosterone levels if you have unhealthy low testosterone levels or pretty low (under the normal low range)

Secondly, you need high quality extract of a herbs/plants to make that happen. Cheap chinese powder would do nothing!

Tribulus can be effective at 45% of protodioscin (one of the main active steroidal saponins)
Bulgarian tribulus is most known in the world because they have studied the effect of tribulus and active steroidal saponins since 1960-1970.
It is incredible expencive to make quality tribulus containing 45% protodioscin. And that is the reason why you find many companies selling tribulus containing up to 90% steroidal saponings. But that is not protodioscin. Of that 90% it could be maybe 2% protodiocin. Therefore people should never buy cheap tribulus supplements

Buying even real bulgarian pharmacy grade tribulus will not make you bigger or stronger. It can give you better semen production,better libido, and maybe more energy

In people who have under the low normal range testosterone levels, it can increase testosterone. Have seen bulgarian studies. But that will only happen if your levels are low and you take quality pharmacy grade tribulus. And it will not give you extreme testoboost,but it can help you go back to normal levels. Therefore many athletes in east europe use quality tribulus in pct (with other pct )

Protodioscin boosts testosterone levels via stimulation of the pituitary gland. This stimulation is thought to promote the production of Leutinising Hormone (LH), which increases unbound free-testosterone levels. You will never get gyno with tribulus. If you get gyno of your whey protein, then tribulus could give it too .lol of this thread

Any natrual test booster wont boost your test levels enough to cause gyno. Its the synthetic stuff that you have to worry about.
