I started lifting yesterday. How long until I have 6-pack abs and 20 inch guns? I'm 6'4" 162# and 30% fat.
My routine:
go to gym 3x a week
My diet:
eat healthy
Feel free to critique my workout and diet plan too.

You will have those 20 inch guns in before you know it. Make sure you do a lot of isolation exercises. Compound execercises, pfft total waste of time. as for that 6--pack, do 25 sit ups on the days that you train. For the bodyfat, make sure you icrease your alcohol consumption tenfold. You can never get enough alcohol in your system. Screw you macro's, they are not even important

A cleanse every now and then really helps.
I have a great one day a week program that I can post if you want. It is SUPER hardcore. You do P90x in the morning and then Insanity at night. During the day.....do GVT with a shake weight. Stopping your urine mid-stream also builds the best abs you can ever get!RAW lifts
