    well OP, after checking out your bodyspace pics I could not help but feel sorry for your puny azz so I took it upon myself to help.

    I went to a gym and found this jacked guy working out semi erect with his pants pulled down to his groin. I asked him what would be your best options to make you jacked up too.

    He said diet is most important. Eat a lot, a whole lot, but under no circumstances count calories. This principle of calorie confusion will keep your body guessing and stimulate muscle growth and simultaneous fat loss. Second, 6 days a week do one set per body part with as light a weight as you can safely handle and rep out to failure. Then go straight to the locker room and sniff jock straps for the anabolic thermone vapors.

    Guaranteed you will lose 30 pounds fat and gain 12 pounds muscle in 7 weeks. One year = pro card.
