    Over Training

Lately my friends have been telling me that I have been over training since I used to stay at the 2 for about two hours or so. So I cut my workouts to an hour now and I can still get a pretty good workout just thought if you guys could give me your opinions on if you guys workout for 1hr or 2 hr and which one do you guys see more results on. Thanks for helping me out

depends what your routine is. 2 hours of zumba could be overtraining.

Depends on what you are actually doing at the gym. If you rest 5 minutes between every set than that would take you a long time. If you are intensely training 2 hours straight then you might have a problem

I worked out 1 hour on my lifting days and this includes 10 minutes of warm up so I spend 50 minutes of actual lifting and always get around 25-30 sets per workout.

So, your combined set and rest time for each set is only 2 minutes? What about the major compounds, like squats, deads, bench, rows, etc.?

Reduce your exercise selection and focus more on compound lifts. If anything takes you a long time it will be the compound lifts eating up 15-30 minutes of your time. You should be able to finish in an hour to an hour and a half depending on rest time.

I don't do them on the same day like some do. Bench on Chest days, Squats on Legs Day, etc.

the overwhelming probability here is that youre not overtraining. in the 15+ years ive been seriously lifting i cant honestly say that ive ever overtained nor do i know anyone that has. overtraining is not something that is easily done.
