    program for bulk

hey all, a little background about me:

im 20 years old, i have lifted in the past but have been off for about 4 months now. i have never really done a program, but my maxes were 180 bench, 255 squat and 245 dead. for a bulk would All Pro or PHAT be better?

Are you familiar with those programs? They are wildly different in the way they are set up and are written for completely different training levels.
What exactly are you looking for?

Because you're a novice, I have to suggest Stronglifts 5x5. That's a great program to get your strength headed in the right direction. With greater strength, comes greater size.
