hey all, a little background about me:
im 20 years old, i have lifted in the past but have been off for about 4 months now. i have never really done a program, but my maxes were 180 bench, 255 squat and 245 dead. for a bulk would All Pro or PHAT be better?

Because you're a novice, I have to suggest Stronglifts 5x5. That's a great program to get your strength headed in the right direction. With greater strength, comes greater size.
