    Help

    I'm 157lbs and I'm looking to put on some weight. Can anyone suggest a good workout to follow. I work out alone so anything requiring a partner won't work. Thank you.

    are you looking to get bigger, put on muscle, develop lots of strength, or some combo of them all. Do you have a time period for your goal?
