Hey guys so I want to move from my current 4 day split routine doing different muscles every day to a 3 day upper lower split for bulking.
Can I get a good routine that has worked for any of you guys while bulking? Thanks!

Push/Pull
Push/Pull/Legs if you want more exercises per body part
Upper/Lower (Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking Routine is great)
any full body routine, particuarly Reg Park's Beginner 5x5 and babylovers STarting strength (yes it will build mass)~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~

You're not going to get much better than the ones posted.
Athletic training/sports performance- ws4sb part 3, or elliott hulses template
Basic mass gain as your primary focus- upper/lower, PHAT
Basic strength and mass gain- Reg Park's, babylovers, EH template, or a modified upper/lower
These are the best routines out there, besides Bill Starr's routines and pretty much all of the 5x5s.This post is Natypes approved.
