I have the very same issue with going fully down on arm curls. It's a pain that doesn't feel right at all. But I only feel it when I'm on a preacher curl seat. I do my alternating curls sitting down. So there is no chance of my body swinging. Pretty much doing the same exercises he does in this video. All but that forearm pull down, lol. Great video, very cool guy.

same here i get that pain .. I think it puts alot of tension on the forearms(preacher curl).. one thing i did that i noticed got rid of that pain was i sorta bend mywrists down so its not working the forearm so much and of course lightened up the weight and really squeezed the bi's ive noticed a big difference in the pump i get now and more soreness in the actual bi's

It enables people...who hate one another...who don't speak the same language...who would fight one another if they had the chance, to cooperate economically. We were able to deal with China when China was a communist state. Even though we thought that that was a terrible arrangement, we could still cooperate. And that's what markets enable people to do. They bring freedom with them."

x2, and i think Phil Heath (or even if Kai would've won) being Mr Olympia makes it so that other pros can try following that now instead of having to focus on size and possibly emphasizing it too much at the expense of their balance and overall look.
