    Smile 3 Month Progress

    Hey guys this is my progress over the last 3 months. I have been bulking as i was told to do by the forum . Have had great strength gains and have gone from 142-156lbs. Do you think its time for me to cut now? i believe my bf% as you can see is about 16%.

    The only thing that worries me is that I may take me bf% too high. Would it not be a good idea to cut down to around 11/12 % bf and then clean bulk?

    yeah I noticed this also so currently go to a chiropractor twice a month in order to slowly fix it. thanks for the advice though

    also work on your arms... your triceps could do with some attention. again, keep eating, you need a good calorific surplus to make decent gains.

    In my opinion 180 would be ideal size
