Hey guys this is my progress over the last 3 months. I have been bulking as i was told to do by the forum . Have had great strength gains and have gone from 142-156lbs. Do you think its time for me to cut now? i believe my bf% as you can see is about 16%.

Bulk. Stay consistent and eat lots
