Last week I started this and I'd like to know by experienced builders if this will work for lean muscle growth and lowering body fat.
Wake up
30 minute Cardio Jog fasted
Breakfast no carbs high protein only
Mid morning snack fruit & protein shake
Lunch low carbs high protein
Mid afternoon fruit/grain snack
Weight training
Protein shake
Dinner high protein low carb
Sleeeeeeep
Work legs twice a week alternating excercises
2 muscle groups every other day
Rest Saturday and Sunday

Will this be efficient in reducing body fat while building muscle?

cant really put on muscle while burning fat, best you can do is try to maintain as much muscle as possible while burning fatyou are only here once

Actually it seems I'm maintaining the muscle. Which is fine because I weigh 190 lbs but I see more definition and my waist slimming. I heard it has a lot to do when you actually eat certain things like carbs that matters because your body uses them differently. For instance cardio while fasted burns more fat and protein absorption immediately after working out is imperative. The same w carbs and sugars. I thnk I'm on to something to be honest. It seems better than bulking and cutting. I'm also taking multivitamins and omega3s to stay nourished.
