    Supplement for focus

I'm having a hard time focusing while I'm at the gym. I take some craze and hemorage beforehand. They give me energy, but little focus. Is there anything I could take simply to help me focus in the gym and even at work?

Craze + Hemo? Maybe you need to take a step back from the stims. A little break wouldn't hurt either. I know with Craze alone it gives me some awesome focus.

You can check out Focus XT which gets a lot of positive feedback here. You can use it for the gym and outside the gym as well.

Thanks guys!!!! Focus xt seems to be the way to go.

And I know craze and hemo (nonconcentrate) is a lot, but I just started that this week because I've been overcompensating due to the lack of focus.
